If you are unhappy with the product, it must be returned within 7 days of purchase and in the same condition it was despatched. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded but not the postage and handling.
Items which have been damaged during postage will be replaced once the damaged goods have been returned. This must occur 7 days after receipt of purchase along with Australia Post ‘damaged item’ form. Items are to be returned at your expense.
International Orders
International Air Mail delivery may take up to 14 business days from despatch date.
For international orders we accept credit card only and all amounts are shown in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD)

We endeavour to post all orders by the next business day. In the event there is a problem with your order or an item is out of stock, you will be contacted by email or phone. At this time, you will be informed of the estimated arrival date of the goods and you have the choice of your money refunded or wait for the stock to arrive.
